[avr-gcc-list] swap bits

Hi Folk,

thanks for the great response ! Iam using an mega128 and have enougth 
free flash, so the "brute force" method shown by Bruce seems to be the 
easiest way for me. But it is nice to see, that there are so much 
different solutions (the "hardware-wire-solution" was a great idea ... 
;))
