Yes, definitly. If You are using a recent uisp, You can program fuse bits
from a command line. Otherwise upload the fuse segment. (first download the
fuse segment, change the bits You wish and upload it again).
The mega128, I've got, came with the comatibility bit already programmed, so
I think You can just program it like an mega103.
