[avr-gcc-list] Latest win32 port ?

Hello,

there is a lot of discussion going on about snapshots, compiling avr-gcc
and similar. At least for me it's very complicated to figure out about
latest win32 port. I have one from Volker Oth but it seems outdated (Is
anyone else maintaining his work ?).

What is the latest (preferably stable) win32 port that could be
installed without any complicated procedures ?

Are there any "tutorial for dummies" to compile perhaps latest win32
port that need compiling ?

Maybe there are also some other users that just can't follow this fast
running train of snapshots, bug fixes, patches and similar.
