[FYI] {master} maintcheck: fix the name of a check |

* (sc_tests_Exit_not_exit): Rename ...
(sc_tests_exit_not_Exit): ... like this, which is more faithful
to what the check actually does. Adjust a grammaro in comments
while at it.
(syntax_check_rules): Adjust.
