[FYI] {ylwrap-refactor} ylwrap: warn when expected output files are missing

* lib/ylwrap (handle_renaming): Warn if an expected output file
from the wrapped program is missing, instead of just erroring out
silently.
* tests/ylwrap-fail.test: Extend.
