Oops, sorry!  I don't know I could forget to do so right away ... :-(

Good idea (I'll assume that he won't try to make `-d' conditional, as
the behaviour should remain undefined in this case IMHO).  I'll amend
the patch with a new testcase (tonight or tomorrow).
