[PATCH 2/2] Code cleanup after removal of option `--output-directory'.

* automake.in ($output_directory): Remove, it's unconditionally
defined to `.' and used only ...
(generate_makefile): ... in this subroutine, which now has been
edited and simplified accordingly.
