Valadoc is a documentation tool for vala. The role is similar to
gtk-doc/javadoc. It accepts almost the same compiler flags as vala does,
but produces documentation into the given subdirectory instead of the
ccode as an output.

I've posted the rules I am using in the previous mail
It is not the very best one though.
