Yes, it might, but it'd be some work to do it "right", and I'm not
sure it's worth the hassle for this script.
I'd rather remove mdate-sh than tinker with it, to be honest. It'd be
fine with me if the stamp-vti rule simply used dates like "2004-12-09"
and dispensed with mdate-sh entirely.
