I'm not sure I understand the TEXI part of TEXIPDF, TEXIHTML etc.  I'd
like Automake to be smart enough to understand

pkgdata_HTML = $(info_TEXINFOS) manual.tex index.html

(and of course I provide a tex->html rule elsewhere in my Makefile.am).
