FYI: branch-1-7: remove a few tests

I already removed these on HEAD.  They are pointless on branch-1-7 too.

        * tests/stamph.test, tests/package.test: Delete.
        * tests/Makefile.am (TESTS): Remove them, and do not list 
        aclocal.test and aclocal2.test twice.
