I think I'd like automake to print "SKIP: foo" (or something to that
effect) for each test it skips, or at the very least state how many
tests were skipped at the end of a make check.

Done, though I managed to first check in install2.test with the SKIP
still present; I guess I shouldn't do commits at 2:30AM.  I don't
need to add a separate ChangeLog entry for the fixed checkin, right?
