    Avoid test failure due to paranoid TAR_OPTIONS envvar setting.
    
    * tests/txinfo18.test: Don't let a TAR_OPTIONS=--keep-old-files
    environment variable setting cause test failure.  Fixed in
    texi2dvi 4.13.
