I guess so (although I haven't looked at the patch at all yet).
Shouldn't hurt to add these:

_AM_AUTOCONF_VERSION
_AM_ACLOCAL_FLAGS
_AM_EXTRA_ACLOCAL_FLAGS
AC_CONFIG_MACRO_DIR
AM_EXTRA_RECURSIVE_TARGETS

You might want to consider just disabling the SIGPIPE test in
autotest.at (lines 1603 until AT_CLEANUP).  The test is broken,
and more false positives are not helpful.
