Autoconf is another project where I would like to release 2.62 soon, and
where the CVS tree has already been swapped to mention GPLv3+, modulo the
question about how to word the license exception clause.  I don't have any
particular date in mind, but don't want to alienate the large number of
projects that use autoconf but still remain at GPLv2.
