If it is a MacOS specific binary, you are probably better off trying to
post it on a MacOS site. The gnu.org site tends to focus on source
distribution, not pre-compiled binaries. And you are correct that using
GNU sites to distribute proprietary products violates the GNU philosophy
and will not be permitted.
