AC_CHECK_HEADERS not working for me.

Hi,

I am trying to make AC_CHECK_HEADERS work for a /usr/local/include/vtk
file. It always say to me No for the three or four tests it performs
(compile, presence, etc...) I have added the correct path to CPPFLAGS
before running that macro and it keeps on failing... Am I doing
something wrong or should I write my own test?
