Problems during make (v2.13)

Hello,

When I am running make I get the following error:
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `autoconf.m4f'

Do you know what may cause this problem? I do not have any version of
autoconf installed on the system yet.

I am trying to install this package in order to be able to run PHP and
xml along with my apache server on Solaris 8 (sparc version).

I have installed the following packages prior to autoconf:
make-3.79.1
flex-2.5.4
bison-1.28
m4-1.4

I am using gcc that came with the OS (gcc-2.95.2).

I have also attached the output from configure and make.

Any ideas?
