I ack'd several of your cleanup patches last week, such as:

http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/autoconf-patches/2010-06/msg00020.html

but haven't seen them applied yet.  I can reconstruct them from the
list, if needs be, but assumed it would be easier for you to bulk push
if you still have them around on your tree.

Speaking of that patch, I had folded it onto my tree last Thursday, but
had not yet found time to push it (I've been fighting some hardware
upgrade issues over the weekend).  More on that later today ;)
