Let's reserve names beginning with A?_ and those containing _A?_

I'm fighting right now with openssh for which Autoconf says: error: undefined macro: LOGIN_PROGRAM_FALLBACK error: undefined macro: PAM_MSG
configure:1884: error: undefined macro: ac_cv_path_LOGIN_PROGRAM_FALLBACK

That's because of "AM_"
