mention autoconf-archive in autotools tutorial?

Hi,
first of all, thanks for your autotools tutorial!

In the section about writing autoconf macros it would be nice to have a
mention about autoconf-archive (to be found at
http://www.gnu.org/software/autoconf-archive/, maintainers CCed) so that users
can take advantage of that and even contribute new macros.

Any problem in computer science can be solved with another layer of
