might be a nice thing to have. 

the orgmode manual suggested another solution: add the comment environment
(or in my case the orgtbl environment) to LaTeX-verbatim-environments. but
i noticed that text inside verbatim environments is folded as well. is that
deliberate? since verbatim text appears unchanged in the document, i'd
expect it isn't folded either. or is there an option somewhere that changes
this behaviour? (i couldn't find any.)

might also be nice to have, though not high priority, of course. :-) 

thanks, btw, for all the work you and the entire team are putting into
auctex. i couldn't imagine editing latex files without it...
