I can recommend
http://skim-app.sourceforge.net/
which works fine for me - it reload the pdf automatically while  
keeping the current position (which works surprisingly well most of  
the time). I believe it is the successor to the discontinued
http://pdfview.sourceforge.net/
which is mentioned in the Aquamacs Online Help.
