This is what I see in RefTeX Select buffer when I hit C-c ) in your .tex
file:
Then I choose 'c', then 'SPACE', mark the 2 labels with '+' and finally
'a' and get \cref{eq:test-ref:1,eq:test-ref:2}.
What is your workflow?
