[AUCTeX-devel] Patch for latex/Makefile [mkinstalldirs]

Hello,

seems that after moving preview-auctex files into top level directory of
AUCTeX (git) repository not all files were updated. Namely,
latex/Makefile.in in variable MKINSTALLDIRS refers to
`../../mkinstalldirs' which doesn't exist because now it should be
`../mkinstalldirs'. I prepared small patch for that .in file, attached
with this message.
