Log message:
        (EMACS_LISP): properly echo result to log file.
        (EMACS_EXAMINE_INSTALLATION_DIR): check that the result of
        file-relative-name is not absolute, which can happen for unrelated
        drives on Windows.
        (AC_FULL_EXPAND): also check, set and restore exec_prefix if not
        set.
