is it possible to delete files from personal dictionary? This would be great, because if a user adds a misspelled word to dictonary it stays there. Currently I delete words with an workaround, but i would be glad if this feature exists.

You can't delete them from within Aspell. But you can manually edit the file. To find out where your personal dictionary is use:
  aspell config personal-path

Also see
http://aspell.net/man-html/Format-of-the-Personal-and-Replacement-Dictionaries.html

Thats what i do already, the manual was really helpful during developement. But many thanks for the answer and continue this great work!

Greetings,

Christopher
