As instructed in my last mail,

>     find / -name "guile-2.2.pc"

You're doing:
  export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig/guile-2.2.pc

/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig/guile-2.2.pc points to a file, not a directory
path.

Please try again with:
  export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig
