ANN: Terminal 0.9.4

Hi,

I've released Terminal 0.9.4:

Changes include a few minor improvements of handling of non-ascii input
and output, a prettier preferences panel, a quit confirmation panel (if
there are active windows), and several minor bugfixes.

with a bug tracker and a mailing list and other neat things.
