I think IRC is a good idea. Once a week should do just fine. If we need
more or less, we should know real quick.
I am on the west coast of the US. (Sacramento-area, CA)
I'm pretty flexible on times and days. I work from home since my employer
is in North Carolina and my customers are all around the US. I can watch
and participate in an IRC channel most any time as long as I'm awake.
