The Genesis
LOTUS HERBALS, range of skin and hair care products have been developed by marrying ancient wisdom of Vedas to the 21st Century technology. The cruel and damaging world of synthetic and animal derived cosmetics is now being given up throughout the world, including India. However, the widespread acceptance of Ayurvedic remedies has been impaired by lack of purity and therefore effectiveness of these products. The traditional extraction techniques are crude and packaging, usually poor. As a result, India, the country, which gave birth to Ayurveda, has yet to fulfil its potential, in both the domestics as well as global market for nature cure products.
At LOTUS HERBALS, latest technology of botanical extracts has been adopted to enhance the affectivity of herbs. Herbal extracts in purest form are used to give cosmetic look to Ayurvedic Recipes and packaging is truly of international standard.  It is targeted at elite segment of society to change the image of Indian cosmetic products and restore the country, the pride of the place bestowed on it by our heritage.

Plant Facility
The plant is located in lush green and pollution free environment of Noida, which is an industrial suburb of Delhi and is a 20 minutes drive from Delhi’s central business district.   
The state-of-the-act manufacturing facility holds a place of pride in the eyes of company’s personnel. Manufacturing is done in a bacteria free environment. It is a constant endeavour of the company to upgrade the quality with adoption of latest technologies. The water going into the manufacturing is derived from the water treatment plant installed, which consists of Dust Filters, Softeners, Reverse Osmosis, De-ionizer, Mixed bed polisher and a 3 step micron filtration.  The water is therefore in the purest form, an example of quality hallmark of our production systems. 
All production systems are subject to stringent quality checks to ensure highest quality products to match international standards. The plant has presently an installed capacity to manufacture 170 tons of cream, lotions, scrubs, masks, shampoos, etc. per month.
At present above 55 SKU’s under the “LOTUS HERBALS” brand name, are being exported to various countries like: U.S.A, UAE, South Africa, Japan, Australia, Romania, Jordan, etc.

In India, the company markets its products under the LOTUS HERBALS, ‘SAFE SUN’ and ‘SAFE WINTER’ brand names through its own marketing and sales distributor set-up.
Employing over 450 sales personnel in various capacities, the products reach 125 most important Indian cities in terms of propensity to consume.
A highly motivated and dedicated sales force is the key to LOTUS HERBALS reach in the Indian markets.
On the thresholds of a major expansion in sales and marketing networks backed by corresponding increase in production capacities, LOTUS HERBALS is aiming for the top slots in various product categories.
