There are still a few minute changes that I want to make, but by and large I am content with how it turned out. Would be grateful if somebody could check for grave mistakes, if possible.
Now, with the manual out of the way, I hope to have the binaries and source packages done and uploaded on Saturday, so that I can announce the release to the world on Sunday, as it takes 24h for the Savannah download mirrors to sync.
