RPMs are built and uploaded:

There are both src and binary rpms. Especially the wastesedge 
binary might not work, depending on your version of Python. In that 
case you could try the src rpm, which contains the uncompiled 
python scripts.

So go ahead and tell me whether stuff works or not.
