This is the previous ELPA devel version; 8.0 is on its way as we speak.

This is the current ELPA release version; it's 7.3.1beta promoted to
release, with a couple minor patches.

The previous ELPA release version; I don't know why that shows in the
report.
It would help if the "Other versions" line said what repository they are
from.
