The file build/create_makefile_conf.sh in particular (and doubtless the other
.sh files,
$ find . -name \*.sh
./build/create_makefile_conf.sh
./build/test-indent-4.01.sh
./build/test-indent-5.0.sh
./build/test-indent.sh
./build.sh
) should have execute protection (assuming MTN can save this).
I mention create_makefile_conf.sh because build/Makefile tries to execute it.
