[XWEM]: Problem after updating xlib

I bet you're already on top of this and I'm just too impatient...

Since updating to the latest XEmacs xlib package

(package-get-info 'xlib 'author-version)
 => 0.2

I have had to disable `xwem-time' because `XCheckIfEvent-processing'
doesn't exist anymore.  I think xwem-worklog.el would be affected
too. 

BTW, thank you very much for the info on frames.  Once I've digested
it I'll get back to you on that. :-)
