[xtodo-users] Problems Displaying To Do's

I must be doing something wrong.  I have a very simple
page here:

http://www.bethlehemcommunitychurch.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Site/ToDos

yet when I enter To Do's in the form, they do not
appear in the list.  What am I missing?
