[Xlog-discussion] announcing gpsk31 0.3 beta

Good news,

I have adopted gpsk31 (originally written by Luc, LX2GT) and have ported
it to version 2 of the GTK+ libraries and done some bugfixes. The
program now also works together with xlog. Luc has agreed that I
maintain future versions of gpsk31.

Due to lack of time I have only done 2 QSO's with the new program, so I
can't really say if it is ready for uploading. So I have knocked
together a beta release. I would appreciate if people can give it a try.

Be sure to read the ChangeLog! Have fun testing this and let me know how
it goes!
