Sorry, but it's only in the git repository for now. It's
going to be 1.2.5pre2 when that becomes availabe. For the
git version you need the autotools installed to build from
that you need to do

./autogen.sh
./configure  [with whatever options you fancy]
make

So is 0:00 (military use in the US, normal here in Germany) to be
expressed as 12:00am or 0:00am (or something else)? And what about
0:30? Is that 12:30am or 0:30am? And 12:00 is thus 12:00pm and
12:30 is 12:30pm? Problem is if you don't think about it too
much all seems somewhat logical, but if you start thinking
about it a bit more, it becomes more messy (already since
exactly noon is neither am nor pm;-)
