[XForms] New pre-release xforms-1.0.94pre25

Hi,

   I'm done with another pre-release:

It hopefully addresses the problem Serge Bromow noticed, i.e.
missing information in the files vreated by fdesign about the
image files for bitmap/pixmap and bitmap/pixmap button objects.
It also fixes a bug in the library itself that kept one from
setting the resize behaviour of objects to anything else than
FL_RESIZE_NONE and FL_RESIZE_X. Finally, I tried to change
the build system for the documentation to avoid the problem
Michal Szymanski found on a CentOS 5 system in a way that it
is recognized when the program for creating the PDF documenta-
tion can't deal with PNG image files and converts those files
to PDF (which seems to be what older versions need). If there
no way to do the conversion (i.e. the 'convert' program from
ImageMagick isn't installed) the PDF documentation won't be
created and a proper warning is output - at least that's the
theory;-)
