[XForms] Request-- Minor ticks also log if axis FL_LOG

At present if an axis is FL_LOG, the minor ticks are equally spaced, which of
course makes no sense as far as the log values are concerned, at least with
the most common log base 10 scaling. Thus perhaps there should be an option
for the minor ticks to also be scaled logarithmically. 
Thus if in a FL_LOG 10 plot, if you only want 1 minor tick, put it on log(3),
two ticks on log(2) and log(5) and 10 ticks on log(2), log(3)..log(9)

(no idea what to do for number of minor ticks between 3 and 8-- perhaps just
not allow them if one chooses this option)

The equal spaced ticks used at present if the graph covers more than a factor
of 10, are just meaningless divisors. This should at least be an option.
