[XForms] New pre-release xforms-1.0.94pre4

Hi,

  here's a new pre-release:

Most of the changes concern the XYPlot widget. Two functions
proposed by Michal Szymanski for obtaining the drawing area
have been added. And then there's a number of bug fixes.
There were some issues when using double buffering with
a FL_ACTIVE_XYPLOT object, so double buffering had been
disabled, but now iy hopefully works again. Another thing
not always working correctlt were the axes drawn, I hope
I got that also fixed. Please have a look and check if I
broke something with these fixes.

I'm considering making this a new "real" release (given
that not any more bugs are detected). According to some
proposals I would make this the (drum roll;-) 1.2.0 re-
lease (skipping 1.1) and use 1.3 for future development
releases. 1.2.x would then only be bug fixes, new fea-
tures would go into the 1.3.x branch until we're ready
for a new major release that then would be 1.4.0. Any
thoughts on this?
