[XForms] New release xforms-1.0.93sp1

Hi everybody,

   it's a bit embarrassing, but anyway: Werner Heisch found,
as it had to happen, a bug in the float spinner object and
send me a patch. This has been included into a new "service
pack" release

that hopefully will be the one that's make it into the Debian
distribution...
