[XForms] More recent trouble: text color in fl_browser

I have a pair of fl_browser objects.

The background color for those objects is FL_BLACK, and the label color
is FL_GREEN.

But text is always added in BLACK, which given the background color
selection, is rather problematic.

The app was designed inside fdesign   and it used to work just fine
before I upgraded to F12 (and
  the more recent version of the XForms
library--xforms-1.0.92-2.sp2.fc12.i686).

Has there been an implementation change that forces text to be rendered
in black only in an fl_browser?
