[XForms] New mailing list and new home page

Hi everybody,

   as you can see you now receive mails from the new mailing
list at Savannah from <address@hidden>.

   That's not the only change: I got a domain for XForms and
put up some kind of a preliminary "home page", see

   http://xforms-toolkit.org/

Of course, it doesn't look very nice yet and also the text
definitely could do with some improvements - please tell
me what you think and make suggestions for improvements!
I haven't set any links to it, so at the moment it's more
or less "private" and we can do changes to it before it
becomes "public".

   Perhaps the pase also could use a few pictures - do you
have some nice looking applications of which we could show
a screenshot (of course with proper attributions)?
