Hi
added a new branch for the next version (at the moment the same as
master) and updated the builds on the open build server. I also lowered
the gettext version in the configure file from 0.18.1 to 0.17, since
that seems to remove lots of problems for different older distributions.
Planning on getting a 4.5.3a out that cleans up the windows build.
