The tags popup has an optional extra text field, which,
from reading the code, seems to be for displaying a "cmail message".
I have no idea what cmail does, and how such a message could look.
In the master branch I have redone the tags popup with the aid of the
generic popup generator, but I have no idea how I could test this feature,
or if it is adequately implemented.
Is there anyone that could help out here?
