I'm all for that... I would suggest that, if we can, we use names  and
order of items from

That is: File, Edit, View,..., Windows, Help

Windows might be a useful additions, since we now have quite a few of
them and perhaps at one point XBoard will learn how to open new games in
a new window?

I think we could remove them and use the functionality in the Game list
and make sure that we provide keyboard shortcuts for next/previous.
