Are there any suggestions for how to treat the help?
Although I have help files available now in both .hlp and .chm
format, the .hlp seems preferable, because the .chm has lost
the coloring of characters (indicating which is new in various
stages) in the conversion process, and I haven't figured out
if this can be repaired. Especially for this first release, due to
the large development gap we are bridging, this seems important.
Once development gets more gradual again, we can switch to
"all-black" docs and point out the ovelties in the NEWS file,
but we don't want a NEWS file similar in size to the help file.

I guess we don't want to distribute different Vista and XP
executables, so one executable should be able to do both.
Shall I simply make separate menus for the html help and
the WinHelp viewer? The html help seems to need only one
entry, as the index and contents are displayed simultaneously
on startup.

An aternative is to have WinBoard check which type of help file
is present, and let it use WinHelp if there is a winboard.hlp,
and if not, html help if there is a winboard.chm. People could
decide during installation which help they want, or perhaps the
installer could even check if they have WinHelp32.exe on their
system, and make it depend on that.
