The PSWBTM sub-tree should be optional, only included
with the engine-tester profile. Preferably in such a way that it
is not even downloaded, as it is huge, and only very few
people would want it.

For the rest the optional components are not very big, and
might as well be all in the initial download, and then not installed
if people did not want them. Those are:

Variantist profile:
joker/*
pulsar/*
SMIRF/*

Xiangqi profile:
HaQi/*
EleEye/*
WinBoard/QH2WB.exe
WinBoard/textures/xqwood.bmp
WinBoard/xq_book.bin

Fruit:
Fruit/*

The rest of the components should be in the basic install.
Note that the current installer.zip does not contain the final
versions of some files, as we have had some upgrades of
WinBoard in the mean time.
